• There can be instances for internet charges for Smartphone users, not for browsing Facebook or whatsapp but for other background applications on your Handset.

Robi Internet+

• You can use the talk time on Robi–Robi or Robi-Other local number voice calls
• You can send SMS to Robi–Robi or Robi-Other local number
• There is no time band restriction on internet, talk time or SMS usages
• The bundles are in auto renew but you can stop auto renew any time by dialing *140*25#. Easy load packs are not in auto renew.
• In case of repurchase internet, talk time or SMS will be accumulated
• Above bundles are for prepaid customers only
• In case of bundle purchase through easyload, the amount will not be added in your main account balance
• To check Talk time balance dial *222*8#, for SMS dial *222*12#, for Internet dial *8444*88#

Robi Magic Pack

• Data volume can be used in 2G/3G network environment.
• Customers will get internet usage warning in 50%, 80% and 100% level.
• To check internet balance dial *8444*88#, to check on-net minute dial *222*2#, to check off-net minutes dial *222*9#, to check SMS dial *222*12#.
• All Prepaid customers can purchase all of the above combo packs.
• From the above packs all postpaid customers can only buy Unlimited 16 GB data packs by dialing respective USSD code.
• For 20 Taka Magic Pack, 100 MB can be used for any internet usage and other 100 MB can be used for Facebook & Whats app only.
• In case of all packs, after expiration of allocated bundle volume, you will be charged BDT 0.01/10 KB as Pay-per-use.
• 5% Supplementary Duty (SD) + 15% VAT on price inclusive of SD will be applicable on bundle price.
• For Unlimited 16 GB, First 6 GB will be in regular speed and additional 10 GB in 256 kbps speed.
• For Unlimited 26 GB pack, First 16 GB will be in regular speed and additional 10 GB in 256 kbps.

Internet Pack

• You can activate bundles with auto renew or without auto renew option. In case of auto renewal, you can deactivate your bundle any time by dialing *8444# Manage existing plan
• Easy load packs are not in auto renewal.
• USSD packs are available for both prepaid and postpaid users.
• To check your internet balance please dial *8444*88#.
• USSD packs price are excluding Supplementary Duty (SD) + VAT on price inclusive of SD.
• Easy load packs are including SD & VAT.
• Enjoy the pack volume in both 3G & 2G in maximum speed.
• You can purchase same pack multiple times to top-up internet volume. (Example: Subscriber having 3MB out of his 7MB@2Tk pack with the validity till 11May 2:00pm can purchase another 7MB pack on 11May at 11am. His quota will be  3+7=10MB and validity would be 12May 10am, that is last pack validity would be total accumulated volume’s validity)
• All packs can be used for 24 hours.

Video Pack

• Bundles will be auto renewed but user can deactivate at any time by dialing *8444#
• User can activate his/her desired bundle by dialing *8444# or 8444
• For data usage beyond respective applicable data bundle volume, tariff @ BDT 0.01/10Kb will apply.
• If subscribers browse any google services (play store, google search, google map etc.) then some of the subscribers will be charged according to video packs.
• For data usage beyond respective applicable data bundle volume, tariff @ BDT 0.01/10Kb will apply.
• If balance shows 1GB remaining you can only browse from 1am to 4pm

• Can be purchased only once
